Refund Policy:
Refunds must be requested at least 7 calendar days before the Event by emailing the Exchequer at exchequer@fontaine.outlands.org.
Requests made after March 15, 2025, will only be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by the Financial Committee. Requests must include a brief reason why
you cannot attend. Request must be made no later than March 22, 2025.
Refunds must be requested by the person whose name is on the payment received and refunds will only be made out to that person.
All refund checks will be written and mailed within 2 weeks after the event when attendance records are checked and associated payments have cleared.
Refund requests will be issued by paper check only and will be sent minus any fees charged.
Preregistrations are not transferable.
